Shipping

We ship via Canada Post or you can pick up locally in Newcastle, Ontario, Canada. If you are only buying minis or smaller items they will fit through the regular mail and the cheaper shipping ($5 untracked) will show up at checkout as an option. Otherwise we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12 (tracked). Please double check your mailing address prior to submitting your order. If your order gets lost during shipping and it was untracked, unfortunately, I am not responsible for it.

Care Instructions

Spot clean preferred but if it's a holy mess then hand wash it and lay it flat to dry. May need to iron it before tying it again. When washing clips please use a gentle cleaner like dish soap and warm water and lay flat to dry. Try to avoid the metal clip as metal can rust if left wet.

**Disclaimer: There may be slight variations in colour due to monitor settings. We do try our best to capture the bows in a way that reflects their true colour.

Return Policy

It means so much to me that you are thrilled with your bow! If something isn't right with your bow then please message me within 7 days to arrange a return.

Notes

Please do not leave your child unattended while wearing a bow.
